How to delete your data

What we store

From anyone who contacts us or books an appointment we store: name, phone number, the treatment of interest, the preferred date and any notes left for us; their appointments (date, treatment and status); and the conversations held with Bea, our virtual assistant, whether on this site or on WhatsApp.

We do not ask for an email address or payment details through this site.

How to ask us to delete it

Message or call us at 867 559 3798 with the phrase “Please delete my data”, or ask in person at Francisco I. Madero 1947, Col. Ferrocarril, 88040 Nuevo Laredo, Tamps..

Tell us the phone number you booked or messaged with, so we can identify your information. You do not need to give a reason.

What we delete and how soon

We delete your contact details, your appointment history and the conversations with Bea linked to your phone number. Requests are handled within 30 calendar days of receipt and we confirm through the same channel when done.

What we may keep

Tax and accounting records must be kept for the period the law requires; they are kept blocked — out of use, only to meet that obligation — and deleted when that period ends. Everything else is erased.

If you messaged us on WhatsApp

When we delete your data we erase the conversation from our systems, but the copy on your own phone is yours to control: you can delete it from the WhatsApp app. How WhatsApp handles messages on its platform is governed by its own policies.
