Who is responsible for your data

Clinic Beauty Spa, located at Francisco I. Madero 1947, Col. Ferrocarril, 88040 Nuevo Laredo, Tamps., is responsible for processing the personal data you share with us, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

What we collect, and how

Through this site we collect only: your name, your phone number, the treatment you are interested in, your preferred date, and any notes you choose to leave us. We do not ask for your email address or any payment details. If you book over WhatsApp or by phone, you share the same information with us directly.

The notes field is free text, and whatever you write there is stored alongside your appointment. There is no need to tell us about your health there — we go over that in person when you arrive.

While you are being treated at the spa we may collect additional data needed to serve you safely — for example your skin condition or a medical history relevant to a treatment.

What we use your data for

Primary purposes: booking and confirming your appointments, providing the treatments you request, and following up on them.

Secondary purposes: telling you about the spa’s promotions and news. You can ask us to stop sending you this at any time, and it will not affect the care you receive.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. It would only be shared where the law requires it.

Your rights (ARCO)

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, contact us by phone or WhatsApp at 867 559 3798, or come to us in person.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools. The only thing stored in your browser is your theme preference (light or dark), and that never leaves your device.
