Acceptance

These terms govern the use of this site, its virtual assistant and the contact channels of Clinic Beauty Spa, located at Francisco I. Madero 1947, Col. Ferrocarril, 88040 Nuevo Laredo, Tamps.. By browsing the site, messaging us or booking an appointment, you accept what is described here.

What this site is

This site describes the spa’s treatments and lets you book appointments. The information published is general and is not a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation: any assessment happens in person, at the spa.

Bea, the virtual assistant

The chat on this site and on the spa’s WhatsApp is handled by Bea, an automated assistant that answers common questions, quotes prices and books appointments. She can be wrong or out of date: the hours, prices and availability she gives are confirmed by the spa. Bea does not give diagnoses or medical advice; when a question needs professional judgement, she hands it to a person on the team.

What you write in the chat is stored to follow up on your request, as described in the privacy notice. Typing the word “obliviate” starts the conversation over.

Appointments

You can book through the site chat, WhatsApp or by phone. Every appointment is subject to availability and confirmation by the spa. To change or cancel an appointment, you are identified by the phone number you booked with.

A single booking can include several people at the same time, each with their own specialist; whoever books is responsible for the whole booking.

If you cannot attend, please let us know in advance so we can reschedule and free the slot. The spa may reschedule for reasons beyond its control, notifying you through the contact details you gave us.

Treatments, prices and promotions

Treatments and prices are published for information and may change without notice; the applicable price is the one in force when you are treated. Promotions run for a limited time and apply only within it.

Some treatments require a prior assessment and are not suitable for everyone. In particular, HIFU — on any of its devices — is not performed during pregnancy or on people with a pacemaker or with metallic dental fillings or amalgams. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

WhatsApp messages

By messaging us at 867 559 3798 you agree to receive replies through the same channel, including automated replies from Bea and appointment reminders. You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time.

Permitted use

Please do not use the site or our channels to impersonate someone else, send offensive or unlawful content, attempt to breach the system, or book fake or bulk appointments. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Site content

The texts, images, graphics, name and logo of Clinic Beauty Spa belong to the spa and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Result photographs are published with the consent of the people shown.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as is. We try to keep the information accurate and current, but errors, outages or outdated data can occur. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from using the site or being unable to; our responsibility for treatments is governed by the care relationship you have with the spa.

Changes to these terms

Any change will be published on this same page, stating the date it was last updated. Using the site after publication implies acceptance.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with jurisdiction in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas.
